“Amazing. Not too difficult to install. Had to get a pillow for the knees/back under the sink. But man, this thing works like a champ. Always clean tasting with TDS consistently around 5 ppm. Very impressed. The flow rate is outstanding! Faster than my refrigerator filter. I don't think I'll be able to convince my family to not have an instant RO”

“I have only had a Waterdrop filter system since October 2021. So far it has worked fine. I was a bit surprised that the center filter went out so fast. We are only two older folks living at our place and only use the filtered water for drinking. We thought we might have been able to connect the system to our refrigerator, but were advised not to do so.”

“Came with everything I needed to install. Only electrical work was needed as I didn't have a power outlet under my sink(I don'tknowanyonewhowould). I am yet to see how long the filters last. So far, it's working great.”

We’re sorry to hear of your experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. Because reverse osmosis filtration is a complex process, it takes a while for the water to be filtered out at the beginning. Now that we have a solution to this problem, we can install another pressure Tank.
