“I did a lot of research before settling on Waterdrop. Previously we had a Glacier Bay (Home Depot) filter and they stopped making filters for it (sigh). We wanted a company that takes pride in their product and has high quality filters. I think we found that with the selection at Waterdrop.”

“The customer service is very responsive, you might not get a live person on the call right away, they usually need to return your call, but they do follow up. The instructions are placed in each order with the product which are easy to follow for someone less handy like myself.”

“Very pleased to have this waterdrop filter! My plumber after install actually specializes in water filters and reverse osmosis, and tested the tap vs. filtered. HUGE difference. The water comes out faster than the old filtered faucets too.”

“We have been using the reverse osmosis filter for a bit over a year now and are very happy! The water in our town has chlorine in it and it can sometimes smell a bit moldy/muddy from the water source. Once we installed the Waterdrop system, the icky smells went away and the water tastes so pure now. We drink more water now and we don’t have to buy bottled water anymore!”

“We have had RO for many years looking for an RO in FL I had additional requirements the old ones we had had then up a lot of space with a holding tank taking a lot of space finding one that had no expanding tank and a single easy to replace filter seemed like the ticket-- the best of all the water taste is great! when we return north we will replace the unit with Waterdrop unit.”
