“The shipping is extremely slow with Fedex, I wish they used USPS whose shipping is actually reliable. Our water dispenser turned yellow and we ordered water filters the same day. It’s been 2 weeks, still no water filters, and now our dispenser is red and beeps at us when we get water. And we have no idea when our filters are going to get here since they’ve been sitting in Sacramento for a week. I got this review sent to me a week ago so I guess I’m filling it out when we haven’t even received the item, shrug.”
“When I ordered the filter on September 15, 2021, I chose economy shipping with a delivery time of 4-10 Business Days. That meant the filter would get to me no later than September 29, 2021. Since my Waterdrop RO system had just gone into the "yellow" phase on the 14th of September, I felt I could wait that long to receive it, so I chose the economy shipping option. Now I am being told that it will not arrive until October 5, 2021, at the earliest. If I had know the true delivery estimate, I would have chosen a different shipping option or bought a replacement filter from a different vendor. As inferred above, I still do not have the filter. Very disappointed!”
“Filter was received with damaged packaging. Was actually hanging out of one end of the box. Obviously mishandled in shipping. Customer service will not replace.”
“Can't tell you much I'm still waiting for delivery although tracking last week was saying in route then showing delivery and nothing was delivered. Spending 2 hours on the phone calling post office and your company did not made happy. Still waiting for phone call to see what is going on after 10 days waiting. If not received soon I may have no other choice than to cancel my order.

“My daughter just moved to a new state that experiences frequent flooding just after finding out she is pregnant with her first baby. Meeting her new OBGYN, she suggested that she get a good item to filter her drinking water and suggested the Waterdrop pitcher (she is living in an apt while their home is being built for a few months and needed something that was not a permanent filter with plumbing until they relocate in their new home). What a delight to purchase this as a little apartment warming gift and our peace of mind for drinking/cooking when the occasional rains flashflood her area that she & baby are taken care of!
