“Well I ordered replacement filters and an RV filter. I never received the RV filter. How much I called water drop office and reported the issue. They sent me a replacement filter that supposedly got lost in transit. And then they issued me yet another filter but days later I was refunded my money from the RV filter. I’m not sure how I like water drop. The replacement filters that I got were damaged as well but I wasn’t complaining much about that”

“The RO filter on well water works great with a prefilter before. Installation was simple and installing the filters is great and easy. The service is great and all my questions were answered. Delivery was fast and easy. They do not use snail mail. The water is great! I also use the remineralize and the water is much better than before. I would recommend it to anyone looking for clean water.”
