“I love my new Waterdrop G3 RO system. The materials, construction and design are high-quality, and installation directions were clear, well-written and easy to follow. I added the remineralization filter. The only problem I had with that at installation was the bracket that holds it to the wall didn't hold it securely (slipped) so I ended up using magic nano tape instead. The system does make a bit of noise when running (my old tank-based one did not) but it's not bad at all. I highly recommend the Waterdrop G3 RO system.”

“We absolutely love our Waterdrop system. I feel confident that the filters are removing the city water impurities. YOU CAN TASTE THE DIFFERENCE. The warning light came on to notify us of the CF needing replacement-especially helpful to keep our drinking water supply at its best. (No customer service help has been needed so far.)”
