“I put the filter in the pitcher. Pressed the button. The blue light turned on, started to flash, and never stopped. It is going on three days already.
I gave call to the company. Unfortunately, no one answer, and no one gave me call back.
The blue light is still flashing.”

“Ordered the waterdrop filter set in lieu of replacing my expensive filters for my refrigerator. I ordered the 16000 gallon filter and it is almost 1.5 ft in length and pretty big. Installation instructions were pretty clear and easy to complete the job. If the quality of water stands up to what I am expecting, I am going to install under sink filters as well. Not sure why this product is not advertised/sold thru other channels but I wish it was made available widely.”
“I haven't actually used the filters yet, but the white ones that remove the floride had a sound of something shaking in them which concerns me a bit, as the ones I bought from Berkey did not have that sound.”
“I replaced old RO system with Waterdrop. Since I had the system already, installation was easy. If I did not make a mistake, it should have been done in 1.5 hours. But I do not think it can be done in 30 minutes unless you are a plumber. It says waste of water will be dramatically reduced. I hope to see slight decrease in water usage. Overall, I like the system as clean water comes out consistently. One thing I do not like is when you stop the water, I hear a knocking sound. I hope it is normal and will not affect this system.”
“I had reverse osmosis before when I found out that it was discontinued and realized that connections of reverse osmosis systems are susceptible of getting leaks due to build up pressure in the system.
This waterdrop water filter is good enough for our everyday needs. The water taste good and easy to install.”
