“The filtration system is working very well. The water taste good and installing the system was simple enough. The only problem we're having is that the outlet under the sink does not work with the filtration system's power adapter. The outlet works for my garbage disposal but when I plug in our Waterdrop power adapter, the machine will not turn on. The machine only works when I use an outlet in another part of the kitchen which is odd. Either I call in an electrician or maybe the Waterdrop company.”

“The under the sink filter with dedicated faucet shipped and arrived fast. Took under 5 minutes to install. Installation was easy. Water dispenses very well through the faucet making it fast to fill a pot or glass etc. Faucet can be moved side to side 360 degrees. Mine is the Nickel finish and very attractive to look at. Now I am changing my $280 kitchen faucet to a Nickel finish to match this one.”
