“They won't provide a refund, only a credit which is useless to me as I feel the quality of these products is poor, and the customer service team won't respond to me. It's a bit of a con really. Refunds should be standard practice and offered without question. I don't want a credit to buy more tat.”
“Big fan of the clothes. Rarely seen such nice looking and fitting stuff. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that for premium prices, I’d really enjoy to see some sustainability practices (organic materials or shorter ways of transport and higher regulations through european production).”
“When asking for a refund they said its not possible as the item was on sale and only possible to exchange for something else. Only thing they do not have anything else that appeals to me and the trousers made send only as a sale purchase. They do mention the "exchange only" policy, but only on a different page, not on the page where you buy the trousers. I now have credit waiting for a good opportunity to spend, which never comes so far. Sad and as much as I appreciate supporting independent businesses this is not fair. Bad service”
