“While the quality of the products i received were alright, the shipping was a nightmare and took weeks for me to even get a notification that my items were shipped. They were only shipped after i reached out to the company inquiring why I hadn't received them yet. Also the price for the quality of the product is questionable. The fit is inconsistant and I would recommend going in person to try anything on before ordering as they don't seem to adhere to any standard.”
“I ordered a shirt and pair of pants for my boyfriend for Christmas back in December 2nd. The shipping stated 3-6 days. It is currently December 22nd and I still do not have my package(s). I spoke with a representative who was very kind and helpful. I understand it is the holiday season but every time I tried to use the website and track my order it would glitch or say there is no information available. I am very thankful for the representative who answered me quite quickly and reassured me that the package would eventually be shipped and that it was not lost. I’m sure the clothes will be wonderful once they get here :)”

i had same issues about a year ago and did not want to order from your site but my son loves your clothes. i thought by ordering a month in advance i would receive in plenty of time for christmas

“I purchased an item on black Friday, and less than 12 hours later asked to cancel the order. Company said it was impossible as the order was already processed, and to return it the moment I get it. My concern was the cost of the return, which I stated at the initial conversation, and I turned out to be right - the return itself cost more than half of what I paid for the item itself. This itself prevented me from ordering the return and I now have to try to second hand sell the item.
The company has high quality items, and I was excited to try them out for prices I can allow, but after this experience I won't be buying their products anytime soon.”
