“i followed your sizing guide and the pants didnt fit and when i wanted to exchange for a bigger size i was told i needed to pay for my own shipping and ups and usps provided me with costs of 48-300 dollars im not paying that to exchange a pair of pants that i paid 80 dollars for. if a company cant do the bare minimum to help me complete my purchase with actual value why would I return or rate them highly”
“£80 is expensive for a plain sweatshirt, so I was anticipating good quality. The sweatshirt was thin, flimsy and absolutely not worth the price tag. I would have returned it but I refuse to pay another £5 in shipping to be denied a refund and given store credit. I will not be shopping at bound again.”
