“I found the sizes a bit to large (I ordered a medium, btw I'm 187 and 66kg) and found it fit much more like a L or even an xl so i had to shrink it twice so it had a slight baggy fit”

To be fair this was stated in the terms and conditions but was unexpected as this is not usual for most brands and I had not read the T&C beforehand.
Nevertheless, I needed some olive trousers which I bought with the gift card but could've gotten elsewhere for cheaper.”
“I only have one gripe, and that’s with the sizing…your customer service is excellent. I bought a tracksuit but realise now that these are men’s sizes and it would have been good to know and saved all the expensive returns for both parties. I know they are unisex, but I’d have just ordered small to start with”
