Only drawbacks were sizing can be inconsistent as ordered two of the same trousers, but there was an inch difference in the legl length.”

The customer service is poor, lack of feedback and recognition of the situation of me waiting and they are not offering any solution - I’ll have to do all the communication. Am I even talking to a real person?!?! I’ll give it a few more days and ask for my money back… Let’s see how that goes….. I will not recommend this website.”

I bought an item in two sizes in the sale, with the intention of sending one size back. At no point was it clearly flagged that this would not be possible during the purchase process, so my assumption was, as it’s industry standard, this would not be an issue.
Jack in customer service team has this far refused to process a refund.
Very disappointing and punitive policy.
Please help me to resolve this asap or I will not be recommending.

“Have now use Bound numerous times. Well designed website, excellent products and materials, my only very slight criticism is that it seems to take 3 days for the order to leave your unit. Not any real problem, but am very used to receiving mail-order products within 48 hours.”
