You can imagine the disappointment of the many friends and family who could not attend the wedding due to covid restrictions, who were counting on the promise by webwed of remote availability for viewing the ceremony. Customer service was rude and not willing to answer a single question. How heartless to be willing to ruin such a special day for so many. Steer clear!”

We do apologize for your experience. We send clear instructions to the bride and groom. You paid for a $1.00 self-service streaming. So this was not a package or a direct handsone service through webwed. This nonclient paid for a free (1.00 ) SELF SERVICE STREAMING)
“How horrible! No one could log in on a computer or a phone and when customer service was called-a message said they would get back to us in 24 hours. At least 20 of us missed the entire ceremony, including the grooms mother who is home bound. What aweful service.”

We are sorry for your experience but this is not an webwed client or wedding. The wedding planner paid $1.00 for self-service stream of their own wedding. We had nothing to do with this. Therefore any frustration or reviews should be directed to the host or event planner.
Your big day is very special. For our clients that want us to facilitate their special day, we have numerous packages. The package you selected was for "Self Service", it is your responsibility to manage your custom event and your guests. We sent you a clear email on how self-service works, that email has continually been ignored. We've been bombarded with calls from your guests and have gotten disrespected. We've been nothing but respectful to every guest that we've spoken to. Even though, the package that you paid for was for your own use. Which is why it's titled, self-service. Self Service is similar to Facebook streaming, it is used at your leisure. The "Special Moment" package comes with a tech support advisor that helps every step of the way. You paid for a $1 self-service stream. We've explained the option that you paid for earlier today to your Wedding Planner. Your guests didn't adhere to the Self Service instructions, "PLEASE READ AND DO NOT GO INTO THE EVENT UNTIL WEDDING DATE/ REGISTER FOR THE EVENT PRIOR TO EVENT". Being that people didn't follow proper instructions and the short amount of time left before your ceremony. She went ahead and paid $1, which caused even more confusion for your guests. Because again, they didn't adhere to the instructions. We are not to blame for a large amount of confusion on your special day.

GM, Stephanie, we have no problem answering business-related questions during normal business hours. You emailed at 2 am for a full hour, then posted this review. Asking questions about divorce. We don't do divorces and this is not a law firm and we can not give you legal advice. After, telling you the office is closed and we don't give legal advice nor do we handle divorces. You emailed three more times asking the same questions tonight. You were married in August 2020 and you cancel your ceremony three times. We even gave you free marriage education. Then you email almost three most later asking for a divorce at 2am. As aforementioned we informed you that the office was closed and we don't handle divorces and can't give legal advice. Even though continue to email after that we gave you a legal resource and informed you if you had questions as it relates to marriage we would be happy to help you during normal business hours. This review is simply untrue and she has left this same review on several pages this morning. We value you as a customer and we believe in love and marriage. As stated before praying for you and your partner. But leaving an untrue review is just not acceptable behavior.
