“The telephone advice I received was fantastic, I had a very non standard space to install a shower in and called back so many times to check various details I practically had the advisor on speed dial! I spoke to the same person nearly every time and he talked me through every element of the product and installation. The product arrived on time and my plumber said the tray installation was smooth and trouble free. I have yet to tank the area and tile but the kit looks like it will give the finish and waterproofing I needed.”

“What a fabulous service. This is the first time I have made a wet room and WetRooms On-line were SOOOO helpful. Helping put aside any doubts I had and helping choose products to suit the needs of elderly in-laws for whom we are building it. I have ordered several items during the last few months on an as I need it basis rather than all on one order and each time the staff have been courteous and helpful in getting the item to us. I will definitely be turning to them when we come to refurb our own bathroom next year!”
