“I ordered the product on a Sunday & it arrived by lunchtime on the Tuesday. It was well packed & came with clear instructions. It was also the most competitive price for the kit I bought.”

“Very fast delivery and good service. Only problem being palette was obviously loaded by forklift at depot using the open side of the truck , but was too tall to be unloaded via tailgate on delivery. 50kg sheet of glass in flimsy box had to be unpacked in the truck and carried into property by hand. Make sure there are able bodied people on hand to receive items like this.”

We do advise on our 'Ordering & Delivery' page that two persons are recommended to take delivery of shower screens due to their weight and bulk. We hope you are more than satisfied with the value and quality of the shower screen.

“I have ordered twice from Wetrooms Online, the first delivery was dealt with perfectly and the product is excellent. My second order was for a project in Switzerland, unfortunately for reasons only known to themselves, the courier didn't deliver the linear tray, leaving me with all the other parts to take in our transport going overseas, without the most important bit. They had returned it to Wetrooms Online, who agreed to have the item sent direct to site for me, but on arrival the courier required ?50.00 for the import duty before they would leave the goods. Wetrooms Direct however did everything they could to make sure my client wasn't let down. An excellent company and products.”

“I can recommend this firm 100%. No worries buying from the Internet with this firm. , they are reliable and kept me informed all of the way. They answered all my queries within 24 hours, rang me before delivery and delivered within 3 days. The delivery man was polite and very helpful. He carried the wet room screen inside and helped me inspect it. The goods are of extremely high quality for a very good price, Altogether a very professional, courteous service that puts the customer at its heart. Well done all of you!”

“I ordered a Kermi towel warmer. The online ordering process was quick and smooth. I received a call to say the item was out of stock with Kermi and would take 4 to 6 weeks, as it was a special order. I was very happy to receive the item within 3 weeks! Great prices, great service, great item. Thanks.”
