“After trying a number of companies to purchase a wet room tray in a hurry without success. I called wetrooms-online I spoke to Ryan who assured me that they could get the tray to me the next day /2 days maximum . The tray arrived the next day l can?t thank them enough. I was in a hole and they pulled me out”

“Have received multiple emails about leaving a review. Still waiting for the delivery. No info on when it will arrive. Will be updating once I get further news. UPDATE AFTER REPLY: I specifically purchased a Kudos product since they are all hand-built in UK factories in Cumbria and Coleraine. My delivery should not have been affected by any port issues. SECOND UPDATE: Is it possible for you to check the progress of my order before the 4th? What is happening with my order? Has it been manufactured?”

Regards, Mat UPDATE 28/12/2020 Hi Paul, You are correct, the screens are indeed manufactured here in the UK, in the beautiful Lake District. However not all the raw materials and component parts can be sourced in the UK, and it is these raw materials and component parts being held up in ports etc, which are currently delaying production and holding up the shipment of finished products. We are aware of difficulties in the supply chain due to 'gridlock' at the UK's ports. Unfortunately both the manufacturers customer services and our own are currently closed for the Christmas break, as such I’m not in a position to provide any meaningful update on your order status, other than it has been processed. I will have this followed up on our return, however, If you have still not received your order by 4th Jan, please give us a call on 0800 280 8008 after 9am and we will look into it as a priority. “I cannot rate wetrooms online highly enough. Ordered a tray former it arrived the following day and I also received a phone call the evening that I ordered to confirm the order. When the delivery person arrived no one was home he called me to ask what to do with it . Customer and myself are happy with the customer service and quick turnaround. Spot on will 100% be using again in the future .”
