“You were recommended to me to try as I work with a lot of different events companies. I had an incredibly important event for mh business. You failed to deliver. I was offered free next day delivery by way of compensation which I found petty poor by way of compensation for the huge problem you caused as I don't trust your delivery now anyway and usually the least a company would offer is a discount by way of apology. Very poor all around.”

“Amazing service, the terracotta pots I ordered online were fantastically well packaged and as such arrived safely in perfect condition. An absolutely brilliant service, I highly recommend them especially if you are buying from them online.”

“Been a customer for four years, and will continue to be so. If I could change anything, it would be better product descriptions possibly using scale... but be consistent, width, height, diameter especially with pots and baskets.”

“Very slow delivery. I ordered the goods on 18 Feb. Expected delivery time 3-5 days. It's now 8 days later, and the tracking shows they are not yet with the courier. Sadly, I needed them by yesterday, and if they arrive now it will be too late. I've had to use an alternative.”
