“Emailed to request change of order within seconds of ordering and yet still didn’t sort it out for me. Now expect me to return at my own cost for a refund. Won’t be doing business with them again. Shame as I was looking to buy quite a lot.”

“I am very pleased with my order items. I had to contact Whittingtons due to my order still not arriving after two weeks, they quickly sent my order out again on next day delivery with a few extra items that I had not ordered. Excellent service, shame about Evri not delivering my original order.”

“Pretty disgusted really. I placed an order in December to arrive for new year. I knew i was cutting it fine so i called them first, ordered only what was in stock and they said they could do it. They neglected to mention that the warehouse was closed down from 21st Dec to 2nd Jan, so no orders were ever going to be processed during that time. They were never going to arrive on time right from that call. All that stress for a few quid. Ive ordered from somewhere else now, £9.90 express overnight delivery and they’ll still be late, what a mess.”
