“I ordered Whisky Glasses from Wineware. Not only once but twice and that too from Dubai because it wasn't available here. Service was impeccable and follow up done too from Wineware by keeping me posted about my delivery through emails. “First experience and can?t complain. I?d pre-ordered an item that was clearly identified as not yet available. Following order I was emailed to tell me that in case I hadn?t noticed! Items arrived sooner than expected, well packed and tracking very clear with Wineware again notifying me of updates. Will use again.”

“No friction at all, actually, but the last stage of opening the box in which the glasses came was a little tricky, and I felt that the glasses could easily have fallen over. I would therefore recommend slightly safer packaging.”
