“I was very impressed with the quality and speed of service from Wineware. I ordered wine racking and some bottle tags and received the wine racking within two business days of placing the order. The bottle tags had actually been missed from the order but when I contacted Wineware, my email was responded to within a few minutes and the tags were delivered first class the next day. All in all, excellent service and I would happily use them again knowing that their customer service is top notch.”

“Would recommend. The jug I had ordered and paid for was not in stalk and was not going to be for some time. Received a call from lovely lady who explained situation. Was offered money back or a similar jug just without a handle. Took the jug! Jug arrived with the next two days. Good service and prices are reasonable.”

“Wineware has an excellent clear website with all the information you need to make an online purchase. Although they are aimed at the trade, I as a private buyer have found them a really useful source when I needed to replace a couple of glasses. The range on offer is excellent, service is efficient and delivery is quick.”

“I had been looking for a specific wine glass as 1 of ours broke, and we were hoping to also expand the number we had. The supplier I originally used were not selling them anymore. Wineware had a listing for them, but they were not in stock. Though I was wary about paying for glasses they didn't actually have available, I took a punt and ordered them. Thankfully, true to their promise, the glasses are now in stock and I received a set of 6 a couple of days ago. We are thrilled to have a full set, and were happy to be able to rely on their service.”

“I have made several purchases from Wineware, and have been very impressed by the service. Most recently I accidentally broke a Zalto wine glass and looked to replace it. Unfortunately Wineware had non in stock but were accepting pre orders. Due to COVID supplies from Austria were delayed several months. Wineware did an excellent job of keeping me informed and offered full refund if I didn?t wish to wait. When shipments from Zalto resumed, my order was delivered the next working day free of charge. I received a complimentary glass polishing cloth for my patience. Great customer service. Every accoutrement a wine lover needs.”

“Easy to use website. My order did suffer delays due to problems at the manufacturer but Wineware kept me regularly updated about the problems and offered alternatives, or my money back. I persevered with my order and have now received my beautiful Zalto wine glasses. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.”
