“I purchased a DMX to DALI converter from one program to control our stage lights and house system. I have not been able to connect the device yet but I wanted to write a review on the customer service for Wired4Signs. I was very impressed by how quickly they responded to answering my questions. They were knowledgeable and nice enough to overlook that I don't know much about lighting systems as I am not familiar with DALI lighting (I do more with DMX). I'll be using Wired4SIgns again in the future.”

“When I had a technical question W4S was quick to get back to me. They asked for pictures of my wiring, after sending them they went cold and I never heard back. I had to figure out my issue without their help (my lights needed 24v, I had mistakenly ordered a 12v converter).”

“I was surprised how easy it was to navigate Wired4Signs USA website. I needed 15 custom made signs for our church parking lot. I was able to easily find the type of sign I wanted and put the signage together with ease....I asked them to look at it and modify if necessary...It came back in no time with a version I liked better than the one I did. I approved the artwork and the order was received in less than one week. I will definitely use this company again...Thank you !!!”

“I'm in the middle of a project and I am thrilled with the service to date. I have never used this company before and I'm almost shocked at both the quality of the product and the quality of the assistance. I'll be calling in on Monday and if anything changes, I'll note it. By the way, I'm specifying products for a renovation project - I have business accounts in a variety of lighting stores, but this company had the greatest selection of profiles in one place. My only slight criticism is that the website is slow to load and often freezes on my desktop.”
