“Great product but your website is misleading. I bought L which the image shown on your website says it's EU 40-41.5. But what I got is an L that is EU 42-43. Far too big for me but as I got an L I didn't read the rest of the pack so I've already worn them. Very disappointed with your misleading conduct.”
“Unhappy with the customer service. It took over a week to hear back from them regarding my request for a refund. This company also do not stock a Size 6 as it is a "low seller" and will also expect you to pay for return postage. Do not buy if you are smaller than a 7. Shoes are too expensive for them not to provide the right size or at least return postage. I also left a previous review which was altered before it was published to include "I love these shoes" at the start, which I did not write. I will never purchase from this company again.”
“I returned these shoes two weeks ago have not heard anything back. No confirmation at all. Cost me $12 to return these shoes to Sydney while I was looking for was an exchange. This is pretty hopeless service and to be honest I will not purchase from zero shoes again.”
