Order by 2pm local time and your Xhunter items should ship that same day. You will be notified when your order ships and we provide tracking information via email.

We partner with Australia Post to ship most orders. Some orders may be shipped with Hunter Express, Toll or TNT if contain oversized or heavy items.

Hassle-Free Returns

If you don’t like your item and wish to return it you can do this up to 30 days after purchase date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email, we will walk you through to return the item for exchange or refund. I sent order back for a refund as incorrect model. Now it's been lost at your warehouse and I'm not being updated. This has been going on since the beginning of March. I've even emailed yous again.

First transaction was fast shipping. I always buy a small item with a new company initially to gauge their customer care. Second transaction shipping was slow, and was not shipped until I opened an ebay refund request. Was pre Xmas so I give benefit of the doubt and would still use company if the price of the item justified the previous transaction hiccup.

Xhunter didn't want them returned, and refused a refund, only offering an instore credit.

Only received half my order and didn’t get an email to advise me that you couldn’t supply the other half. When your website said you had stock. Then only contactable via email and drawn out refund process.

X Hunter claims to ship internationally to Canada but failed to complete a basic accessories item order that I placed with shipping to my credit card billing address. They blamed it on Australia Post. Pathetic excuses and pathetic responses from customer service. At least I eventually received a refund back to my credit card however loosing money on the currency exchange that credit card companies charge. X Hunter? Seriously!?

Haven't received a refund yet for items that weren't delivered. Will not but from again and will not recommend to friends.
