“Fantastic service from this company. All products are exactly as described! My children had soooo much fun making the soaps - bubblegum and marshmallow scented of course! I am ordering more of the soap dyes and scents and am also adding the candle making kit into the mix. It’s great to get the children off their devices and rediscovering how much they love crafts. My neighbour discovered this lovely lovely shop and recommended them to me.....I also totally recommend them 🌟”

“Delighted with my purchases and the hassle-free transaction. Tom was fairly quick to respond to my messages/questions, and the items I ordered were shipped out immediately and well packaged. The oils in Baby Powder, Sea Breeze and Tropical Fruits scents all smell divine!”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear nothing has been delivered yet - This was sent to you on Monday 6th via your requested method of Royal Mail 48 - Unfortunately the postal system in some areas is taking a lot longer due to the current pandemic as well as the bank holiday weekend, I will email you personally (and have left a voicemail on your mobile with my personal details) when I've been able to take a look into this - Note that we are readily available and will help out via email even over the easer weekend break on hello@yourcrafts.co.uk - it's unfortunate that you felt the need to leave negative feedback (as this is quite damaging to a company as small as ours) rather than contact us directly - is there a way we could improve the contact with you or have you already contacted us and not had a reply as I'm unable to find any contact - you should have also received an order email, confirmation of dispatch, personal thank you from us - if you haven't these may have been sent to your SPAM folder?.
