“A bit disappointed in the purchase & the earrings. Re: the purchase, I tried to use my welcome voucher after purchasing the matching necklace. It wouldn't work & I was promised it would be fixed when I rang. Ony to be told after some time it would'nt be fixed.”

“When I entered the store there were two workers talking and looking at the computer. I asked about a particular item. They weren't very friendly nor helpful. They told me they didn't have the item but I could buy it on line. I did, the item arrived but it didn't fit properly so I returned to the store to get a refund or exchange. I was told online purchases need to be returned to the online store, they couldn't help me in store at all. Mind you, whenever I've walked past or entered this store there are no other customers. The staff needs better training on customer care. I wouldn't visit this store again.”

“Considering I received the wrong order, have contacted Zamels and provided all the details they required and am still yet to hear back days later, this review is prettt poor. First time purchasing from them and very disappointed. Not only have I not received my order, the communication from them is also very poor! I have no idea what to do with the order I have received nor do I know if my order will actually ever arrive.”
