“The website is easy to use and the payment process was straightforward. An email confirming my booking was sent to me soon after taking payment. However, the company failed to respond to two emails from me asking for additional information about exactly where and when the lodge collects guests. Fortunately I eventually found this information on a mix of their website and in my travel guidebook, but it would be useful if the company provided this information with confirmation of the reservation.”

“I was having trouble booking a suitable safari tour, many lodges already booked out when i started looking. Ryan and the team were able to provide me with solid safari options that fit what I was looking for. Was also very impressed by their speed in following up on Q&A. Great service, would recommend to others”
