“Hygienist appointment (pls note, review based on new system not Harriet’s work)- Was told upon booking I would require a longer appointment due to treatment being manual. However, this didn’t manifest as the work was completed in the same time as a short appointment I usually have. I raised this with the Hygienist who said she understood my perspective but the extra time was needed to clean in between patients. It feels like I am being penalised for looking after my teeth and therefore not having to lots of work to do but paying a higher fee for it. I am considering looking for a new practice which is a shame after many years.”

“Well run system for seeing patients especially during this covid time. Very welcoming Receptionists. Dentist and assistant was very professional and friendly. Only my second time visiting but I felt I had been going there for years! Excellent service!”

“I highly recommend Wycombe Dental Surgery, especially for the more nervous of visitors. I have been helped to overcome my fears. This dental practice is staffed by extremely friendly and understanding people, from front of house receptionists through to gentle and patient dental care practitioners. Highly recommended for all comers.”

“The welcome was excellent & the resulting filling was good but unfortunately the treatment process was disappointing. I had another rather unpleasant choking spasm which unfortunately is not something I can help or control but I’m not convinced that the suction during drilling was adequate which may have initiated It. My tongue was caught by the drill in a few places & I was in a lot of discomfort & unable to eat properly during the weekend. The dentist did point out that my tongue was cut & I did say don’t worry about it at the time however I didn’t realise how much swelling & discomfort I would experience afterwards. An almost intolerable amount of downward pressure was exerted on my right jaw which contributed to the eating difficulties I experienced afterwards. Sorry to be so negative but I feel that I ought to be honest.”

“For years I was too frightened to go to the. Dentist but on meeting Kalish at the surgery he talked me through all the procedures and was very patient and understanding of my fears ..a few years on I'm not a fan but I don't mind going now and I'm happy with my teeth”

“Well organised, helpful and welcoming reception. Anti COVID procedures are clear, checked and followed carefully. Thanks to my dentist Dr Soneji, and my hygienist Harriet, my teeth are really healthy. Dr Soneji is always calm, cheerful and inspires confidence in his treatment. Over the years, he has also managed to transform me from a quivering wreck into a dental patient who no longer dreads my check up appointments.”
