“This is the worst delivery company ever i waited on a bed being delivered i waited a week after pickup then they delivered the bed with no headboard as they had damaged it a new headboard was picked up and 6 days later has not been delivered. I would avoid this company like the plague. There is no number to call them and when trying to track my order there is no such consignment number. Absolute awful way to run a business. DO NOT USE”
“I waited so long for the package, it was a gift for my daughter, but the driver came, took a picture at the door of the building and left because he called and I didn't answer. Shame. On the third day we would wait for him in front of the building, surprise, he wanted to do the same thing, when I asked he said he didn't have the package with him.Very dissipointed”
“I'm having the same issue as everyone else - they missed the agreed delivery slot on Weds and today (Monday) the tracking hasn't been updated since Weds and still says out for delivery. Interested to know from the other people that have posted whether their parcels ever arrived? Did they end up claiming from the sender / credit card company? “Ordered a pergola through B&Q provided by MH Star use XPD only delivered half my order said they would be back today no sign of them can't contact anyone by phone emails only!
Glad I paid on credit card to get my money back! Seen all the reviews for DPD the majority of reviews wouldn't leave one star if I had known about this couriers company was delivering my order I would of gone a head! The drivers lie I was asked to electronically sign for it beforehand and sent a QR code to give to the driver STEPHEN who didn't want the code.
Reviews go at least 4yrs with the same dismal sevice!!!! Somebody from XPD CONTACT ME!!!!!!”

“Absolutely disgraceful company, i ordered a bed and it was to be delivered by this company. I had half of the bed delivered 2 days later than it should have, and then after being told the other half would follow shortly in the next few days, i didn't receive it to then be told the week after that it was lost in transit... fast forward another week, the other half of my bed is coming with this company again!. Avoid at all cost, absolutely useless!”
“Received email at 9am informing delivery will be this morning 09.45 - 11.45. I had to quickly rearrange my day. Delivery not arrived. Tried online chat for update, several times and couldn't get through. So the rest of my day is now going to be messed up. Online tracking hasn't shown any movement since I first looked. Had shower tray delivered successfully by Screwfix couriers at 8:30am, they rang doorbell and called me. Easy peasy no issues....but when we come to a delivery by a different courier called.... XDP for wall panels, well they are just useless. They take a photo of the door claiming they attempted delivery. I was home all day waiting for this. They didnt ring doorbell or call me. Agreed to deliver again the following Friday instead.
Now I'm notified they attempted on Monday and that they've tried to many time and will make no more attempts. Pathetic.”

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY AND THEN I RECEIVE A TEXT YESTERDAY WITH A 2 HOUR TIME SLOT. WAITED IN AND NO SHOW. THE MAP SHOWED THE DRIVER AT THE SAME ADDRESS ALL EVENING AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE MAP DISAPPEARS. NO EXPLANATION. SO I RING THEM USING THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN BY VERY AND IT TAKES ME TO A CALL CENTRE IN THE PHILIPPINES. THEY CANT EVEN TELL ME ANY INFORMATION OR OF IT WILL TURN UP TODAY. THEY TRIED TO CONTACT XDP DIRECTLY ONLY TO BE SENT TO VOICEMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES. STAY AWAY FROM XDP. IT SEEMS VERY DODGY TO ME AND ALL THE NUMBERS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ARE MOBILE NUMBERS WHICH IS INSANE THAT A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS DOESN'T HAVE A MAIN PHONE LINE ATTACHED TO IT

“Twice i have goods failed to be delivered by this company when they say they are going to. they make it impossible to contact them, i have been trying for four days via live chat to find out where my goods are, today as with other days i have been waiting 45min so far and if it is anything like other days it will just disconect shortly. I have to take paid leave to make sure i am home during the delivery slot time, the company i bought the goods from(Wayfair) are well aware of the awful service via this company i have received so Iwont use them again, at the moment i am out of pocket by£200 as wayfair will not refund me until they have located the goods. Just appalling customer service from XDP on all levels.”
“Awful. Avoid at all costs. Check before you buy that this company is not being used to deliver your goods. I ordered four dining chairs and driver refused to carry them up the stairs to my apartment. I'm disabled. The manager told him to take them back to the depo. Disgusting.”

“If I could I would give no stars , received an email saying delivery on the 19th June . It didn’t arrive . Checking the tracker it was in the warehouse for 9 days . I just happened to check the tracker yesterday to see to my surprise that my parcel was out for delivery. I watched the tracker , when it got to 2 before my drop off I received and email to say the driver would be with me shortly follow the link to a contactless delivery, which I did . An I waited and waited and waited, then realised the driver was at home about a 10 min drive from my house . Today there has been no updates , you can’t contact anyone only the person you purchased the good from and XDP have 4 days to respond to them . I will never purchase anything again if the supplier use XDP . Most shocking service and NO Customer Service”
