“ This is the worst delivery company ever i waited on a bed being delivered i waited a week after pickup then they delivered the bed with no headboard as they had damaged it a new headboard was picked up and 6 days later has not been delivered. ”

“ I'm having the same issue as everyone else - they missed the agreed delivery slot on Weds and today (Monday) the tracking hasn't been updated since Weds and still says out for delivery. Interested to know from the other people that have posted whether their parcels ever arrived? Did they end up claiming from the sender / credit card company? Has anyone tried just turning up at the depot and banging on the door? ”

Bought item via B & Q ..will avoid in future. ”
