“It's okay. It's unique and a work of art from a timing standpoint yet, nothing timeless. It arrived without directions, without a formal serial number card filled in. It just felt like they cut corners and didn't care about the individual purchase, uniqueness and looking for longevity in the product.”

Hey Brooke- Thank you for leaving a review. If you're new to Xeric, all warranty cards are intentionally left blank so that you can fill them in if you decide to keep the purchase. Please note that warranty validation is provided by the proof of purchase. Those cards are more of a novelty with brands. For manuals, they will be posted directly on the website https://www.xeric.com/pages/instruction-manuals I hope that helps!

“I purchased the Retroscope jump hour and am quite pleased with the purchase . The overall quality is very good especially for the price point . Unit fits and wears well . The silicone strap is very soft and pliable so it feels good . The attention to detail is great on the dial as well as the strap buckle is very fluid . Definitely a new and cool way to tell time .”

“Thank you Google. My son and I were having a conversation about watches, and in the discussion. He pointed out to me, how he likes watches no one has never seen before. So that gave me an idea to Google watches never seen before. Xeric is one of the few that caught my eye and sure enough, I was delighted with the different styles and prices. So instead of buying one watch, I bought two, I think my son will appreciate as a birthday gift. There is only one thing though. From my excitement, I purchased the watches in Feb.2026 and his birthday is not until May.2026. Lol. I just have two words for Xeric & staff: Thank You. I will be back again for Christmas. P.S. sorry I have no pictures at this time of him wearing the watches. Thanks, Dennis Pommells Jr”
