Was supposed to receive the watch in December but here it is February. Says that it has shipped but tracking info doesn't keep updated. I have always followed Xeric but I'm highly disappointed. May change whenever it arrives but for now, I'm not impressed

The watch never arrived. My attempts to contact someone via email went unanswered. There’s no phone number available to call and speak with anyone.

Hi Thomas! I'm so sorry you haven't been receiving our emails. Can you check your spam folder to see if the emails we sent on Dec 28th, Jan 10th, and Jan 21st are in there? Your Tourbillon is a pre-order watch and isn't set to be shipped until March, as we've stated on the product page. I apologize for any confusion about that. Of note, any time an order is unshipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation and refund. Unfortunately, the chargeback process does take a lot more time. If you wanted a refund, we're happy to assist with that right away. You'll just need to close the chargeback and provide proof. Then I can refund. If you prefer to keep the chargeback open, it can take up to 60 days to be resolved. Please feel free to email or call our team at 925-820-4302. Hope to hear from you soon!

The watch was delivered scratched. Total disappointment. Now I have to go through the steps of returning and replacing. Bomber

After waiting 10 months the watch was allegedly shipped, lost and when given the option of replacement or refund I requested replacement... then I was advised "SORRY OUT OF STOCK" yet I get the same watch advertised every day but if I want to buy it now it is full price .. Thanks, Xeric Top Notch.

Still waiting to receive my order. The order has been delayed no due to manufacturing issues. I also see based on customer reviews there is a problem with the ring that holds the choice of displays in place slips and moves when wearing the watch. This seems to be a problem from multiple reviews.

I bought the watch in may. They said I would receive it by September at the latest. It’s now November and I still don’t have it. I’m starting to wonder if I got swindled.

Watch strap showing delivered to Germany..I love in Ireland, so no strap for me!

Hi Jason, Thanks for your review. As you know from our Customer Support correspondence with you, The United State Postal Service (USPS) recycles tracking numbers. Once the number has been reassigned to a new shipment, the tracking should being to update within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that has not been the case lately. Rest assured, we have confirmed with our warehouse that your tracking number has been assigned with your correct shipping address and information. We have a large number of customers experiencing this same delay in getting any tracking information. Many customers never received any tracking updates but received their watch. It seems like the shipments are on their way, but their tracking is not being provided to us. If for some reason you do not receive your shipment, we can assist you with activating Route Package Protection to cover your shipment. We appreciate your continued patience. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns via our Customer Support correspondence.

Watch arrived with damage strap and the watch doesn't save time correct because a defect.

Sorry but I'm a little bit disappointed. I was expecting something more special. The difference with the same model automatic is huge.

Was a surprise watch, didn't like, doesn't worth the price paid. Tried to return and not return accepted. Stay away for this company. Don't buy from them, period.
