“Hello from Normandy, France. I find the watch (blue Scrambler) wonderful, it's my first "wandering hours" watch, did not know that way of reading time before I met Xeric on the Net, even though it exists since 1650. I did not expect my purchase to be delivered so quickly, since the website mentioned "shipment by July 2023". I never got answers to my questions "why so early ?" but its OK now that I received the good watch. The leather strap is beautiful too. In just 3 words : very good job ! Go on making so nice watches !”

“I received a badly cracked watch -- twice! This is the first negative review I've ever written about anything. I ordered this Xeric watch as a Christmas present and we opened it on Christmas Day to discover it was terribly cracked. I reached out to Xeric and they asked me to return the watch in exchange for a replacement. I was initially told that a new one would not be shipped until the damaged watch was received (not once I sent it). I was offered a $20 refund to cover the shipping costs or a $30 store credit (meaning I'd pay $20 in shipping out of pocket and a bonus of $10 to buy another one of their unreliable products). It's absurd to offer a $30 store credit when I'm meant to pay for the shipping for an item that arrived broken, but I digress. Fortunately, the customer service rep expedited the shipping process and for that I was appreciative. I have still not received a refund for the shipping of the first watch, three weeks after sending them the tracking number. The second watch arrived three weeks after shipping out the original one. Excitedly, I opened the box to discover this watch was cracked just as badly if not worse than the first one. Abysmal. In recap: I've waited five weeks for a watch that arrived broken twice, sent seven emails about it, will have to package/drive to/ship the box back a second time (hoping I'll get my $40 refunded) and will ultimately be watch-less.”

“A great diversity of watch styles for different tastes. I'm a fan of Wandering Hour watches, which Xeric currently offers 3 types. I was impressed enough to buy a Vendetta, 2 Scramblers & couldn't resist pre-ordering their Triptych, very much looking forward to that arriving. I have also purchased several Xeric Horween bands, very high quality with convenient quick-release spring pins.”

“The Apollo 15 Moon phase watch is great looking! I like the smaller size and lighter weight of the quartz version. I also like not having to constantly adjust the moon phase, since the quartz movement is always running. I'm not sure if there is a smooth sweep quartz watch movement, but the moving stars would look much better with a smooth sweep instead of the jerky 1-second jump. But, I would definitely buy this watch again!”

“I absolutely loved the watch, it is very unique and pretty. But the one thing i found to be less great is the amount it costs to ship it to a different country overseas, I paid 50 $ extra to get it to my house in The Netherlands, which is quite a substantial amount.”

“I ordered and paid the Halograph III Chrono on the 22nd using the official website of Xeric, the watch was delivered on January 5 fifth around noon German time, so I like to say this was a fast delivery, because we had also Christmas holidays in between. The watch design is great, I like it!”

“Although they look great online, in person I found the ones I ordered too big & heavy, and it was annoying not to be able to just glance at the watch to determine the time. Also I think in the automatic version, in case you’re not going to be able to have it wind through your movement, there should be a hand winding option.”

“Ma montre Invertor Automatic Vintage Mint Limited Edition est incroyable avec un design original, sans parler de la complexité technique pour réussir à inverser la position du calibre dans le boitier tout en maintenant une lecture assez aisée de l'heure. J'ai attendu longtemps pour la recevoir (commandée en août pour une livraison fin décembre) mais je ne le regrette pas ! Le service client de Xeric est au top, professionnel, réactif et commercial. Suite à un retard annoncé, je me suis vu offrir deux bracelets supplémentaires à choisir librement dans leur catalogue, encore merci.”

“I love Xeric watches. Currently, I own 7, including an original, limited edition Xeriscope. I am waiting on the delivery of my 8th, and that’s my only hang-up with ordering watches from Xeric direct. Xeric is incredibly responsive, their customer service outpaces their competition, but their shipping partners are inconsistent. I have never had a positive experience with DHL—with Xeric or anywhere else—and this has been no exception. My package was, presumably, lost over the holiday and had to be reordered. It was a gift my wife got me and wasn’t able to give me on Christmas, and it isn’t here yet (almost two weeks later). Both Route and Xeric were responsive over the holiday, which is more than I could have expected or had asked for, but I still don’t have my new watch. It’s frustrating, and I feel what Xeric could do, they’ve done. Again, I’d encourage anyone reading this to get a Xeric watch from Xeric. They’re great: they’re sure-fire conversation starters that are built to last and enjoy for a long time. If you have issues, they will work to have them corrected, and I have no doubt you’ll be satisfied with the piece when it arrives. Thank you, Xeric!”
