“Watch was almost unusable after just a couple of months. Crown is almost impossible to turn, and the watch holds about 10 hours worth of reserve. After contacting customer service I was just told to turn the crown 40 times, which A is almost impossible because of how stiff it is, and B isn't a solution to the issue I was facing. I wouldn't buy another to be honest.”

“Disappointed with the watch. The watch does not have night illumination as advertised and the sapphire glass is not crystal clear. Not worth the price. The watch button by the side had no function. Just decorative only.”

Hello there! Thank you for your recent order. All of the pushers and crown do function on this model. By chance, have you reviewed the manual posted on our website? This is a chronograph model, which operates a variety of features. For the lume, we do always recommend that you charge it with natural or UV light as that is what creates the last luminescence. “Not my cup of tea. Difficult to read time, not luminous at all. Just started to use, so can't return. Make seems good though. I wanted to get nasa next, but changed my mind. No more experiment.”

“The watch keep stopping intermittently since day one. It was a present for my Son and this is disappointing. Failed to get watch repaired by Xeric. Xeric support personnel keep asking questions to show that the watch is OK. However, the watch simply stopped and failed to keep time. Need to get the watch repaired by an independent watch repaired as the Son likes the design.”

Hello Colin! Thanks for your recent order and review. If you check on the tracking link, there's a notice: "DHL needs further information from the importer. Next Step A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or please contact DHL Customer Service for further assistance. Customer should contact DHL Customer Service if not reached by DHL" Please note that the shipment requires payment of duties. Have you contact DHL as noted on the tracking? They will assist you with the clearance process.

“I want to love this watch, but it's just simply not a good looking watch. I bought the metal bracelet, and it's worse. I think an opportunity was lost with the metal bracelet in improved materials, but as it stands, it looks like a 1983 Casio bracelet (nothing wrong with Casio, but this doesn't match). So as much as I would love to like it, the Halograph III is my least liked watch of my collection, and the metal bracelet was a waste of money trying to resolve it. Two stars. One for the Seiko movement. One for the Ford race car on the back.”

“The watch itself is nice, but I have some complaints. The band had 2 red scuffs on it which I was able to clean, and the white paint on the case is dull and does not match the bright white of the bands, I have tried to overlook it but it does bother me.”

“Ordered in mMay Received in October .. The watch is great But the promise of to deliver it on the early part of July was not held. And I had to constantly ask to get info So it was a disappointed experience for a first buy.”

“the watch tends to turn around my wrist even when adjusting the strap. This is probably due to 2 factors. the curved shape of the bottom of the case and also probably because of the relatively high center of gravity of the case given its thickness. it's annoying and a shame because the watch is spectacular. I animate a large collection of watches and I have never encountered this problem before. So I tend not to wear it.”

“It doesn't say illuminate it long enough at night very disappointed I thought it would show that stars throughout for a couple hour s it doesn't last a couple minutes”

Hey there! Thanks for leaving a review! Superluminova paint will last at its brightest for about 10 minutes, then decline. Usually after about an hour, you would need to expose the lume to light to reactivate it fully.
