“The collection and delivery excellent couldn't fault it, all in time when they said. Excellent communication. Luckily the sender of my parcel had packed them very well as the parcel was very fragile it was written all over the box and I had notified the company it was exceptionally fragile it was in red too all over the box but the box had been squashed very badly so had obviously not considered this, luckily not broken. I would worry about using again for fragile items unless you know the package is really packed well.”

“Pick up and deliver large steel bath. Excellent communications and a great tracking page. Bath picked up and delivered within the agreed times. Safely delivered, and the driver helped to get it into the house. Highly recommended and will definitely use again when needed.”

“Still waiting for a refund after they damaged an item. I deal with couriers all the time but these are criminals. Be cautious (No packing is good enough. These were metal chairs so damaged via compression)”
