“Officially the WORST delivery company. They booked to collect my sofa from the furniture shop three times and didn't show up. On the last occasion the staff kept the shop open until 8pm to wait for their driver who did not show. When we tried to call to find out what the problem was they put the phone down. What a dreadful way to treat customers. Use them at your peril !!!!!!”

“These guys are fabulous! They always give us both a three hour time window and are always within the time. I use them regularly and I'm never disappointed (I normally am with other couriers, as they let you down all the time). Their communication on both sides via email is amazing. Very professional and I'm always very happy to recommend their services to my clients as they're so reliable. The quotes are competitive and my items are always collected and delivered within one week. Having the ability to contact them by phone is brilliant too and Ellie and Suzan are always so accommodating and polite! The drivers are great too! Very happy with their services and will continue to use them regularly :-)”

“Initially I was worried because it seemed to take some time before the goods were collected but in fact they kept me very well informed of progress with regular texts and emails. Product was in a good state on receipt. Many thanks Xpert!”

“Very impressed. Competitive price and really efficient. Collected from Brighton and delivered to me in Worcestershire in under a week from accepting quote. I paid a small fee for packing and they did a great job. The - really friendly and helpful - driver found my rural location with no problem. A pleasure to work with these guys. Not yer average couriers! Highly recommended.”
