“Many many years of purchasing all sorts of items online. This is my first experience with Xpert Delivery and it may have been the best delivery ever. extremely good and reliable communication and live tracking on the day. Not a very accessible delivery address and quite awkward pieces of furniture. Our driver was called Victor. Exceptional service.”

“The driver was on time and telephoned on arrival to check the delivery destination. He helped carry the large (very well packaged) item down the outside stairs and into our basement flat. The package was signed for and he was back on his way. Excellent service - what more could you ask for?”

“If I could give zero stars I would. XPERT delivery collected an item from me which was damaged in transit. They then denied that it was there fault and refused to claim on their insurance. The item was brand new and cost £1,900. Do not trust this company. Stay well away.”

“Communication was excellent,(I got a phone call when the driver was nearby). The driver was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Furniture was well secured and a photograph was taken as evidence of the condition of the parcel. The best service I have yet to use and I highly recommend them to anyone.”
