“I was a little concerned having read some negative reviews but I was very happy with the XPERT delivery service and cost. Dining table and 4 chairs from Bournemouth to Manchester, collected Tuesday and delivered Wednesday, for £80! Would definitely use again.”

“Fair price but nobody answers phone or rings back. Do reply to emails. Parcel arived wen they said it would and in good condition though the van was loaded very poorly and my parcel nearly came crashing down when straping was undone.”

I am very sorry to read that you had a bad experience with our service. We are aware that our customer service is not in par with our service, but we are working hard to improve this in future. Thank you for taking the time and writing this review. Our customer care staff is outnumbered at the moment. That's why it is hard to get in touch with us. I want you to know though that we are working really hard on improving this. We promise a better customer support service next time!

“Price was fantastic. Would use again. Delivery drivers helpful. Only gripe is that no one ever answers the phone in the office We had a slight delay on delivery but our item wasn't urgent. However we never managed to speak to anyone as the phone was always on answerphone”

“Ordered a heavy teak unit to match an existing one purchased locally the week before but this one was a couple of hours drive, the seller on ebay recommended Xpert Delivery and have us a code for a discount. We got a quote of around £60 and when we accepted we were contacted by email the next day offering a morning slot for that weekend. I helped the delivery dude haul it in as it was a heavy item, he was a nice friendly guy. The whole experience was quick and easy.”
