“XPERT provided a really amazing service, they were extremely flexible and understanding when I had to rearrange a delivery date last minute. The delivery person was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was kept really informed of the exact arrival time rather than having to wait around all day as can happen with some courier services.”

“I needed a more flexible collection service which the larger couriers ween't able to offer. Xpert were able to accommodate, great with comms, competitive on price and the goods arrived undamaged. Thanks for your help!”

“I had requested a two person delivery as the table was very heavy. This was organised through the Etsy seller and price was competitive. The chaps that delivered the table were very polite, professional, careful and friendly. I could choose a delivery date that suited me received updates on the day regarding ETA. The delivery was completed within the allotted time. Very pleased.”

“Keep promising (4 times) to deliver, even claimed they had delivered once, turns out they haven't even picked the item up. Customer support say "rest assured" a lot. Won't refund. Seem to be acting like charlatans. If you use these people, be warned, they don't deliver and they don't care.”

“As usual, pick up was within the timeframe and professionally done. This company are a bit vague on dates initially, and occasionally have to reschedule (very rarely) but they get the job done in a reasonable time, even to fairly remote areas”
