“I purchased a TSD700L from Xtrons in 2021 and installed it in my Land Rover Defender. The reverse camera and dash-cam work great, and the audio quality through my cheap speakers is good. BUT THE RADIO WILL NOT STAY TUNED. Using my wing-mounted aerial for FM reception, the unit will not stay on the frequency for a station more than a few minutes, before it seeks another frequency.
Just last week I got a Xtrons RANT01 windscreen mounted aerial hoping it would be more compatible but that does not seem to have improved things.
It seems that either the quality is not what I hoped for, or I have a defective product”

“The brand new 10.1 inch unit does not recognise 2 DAB dongles or 2 DAB apps so I emailed Xtrons. The response was to download the DABZ app that is already on the unit! I've sent another email and had no reply. No idea where to send it back or if I will get a refund but it's not fit for purpose.”

“Not a good experience.
On the face if it a lovely head unit, in reality it doesn't fit very well sits too high, and bottom bracket not even included or holes to attatch the original.
Cannot get the rear camera to work, and now find there is another wiring loom, not listed anywhere on the website possibly needed at a further cost of £60 what is this all about?”
