“Ordered this online and was contacted by XTRONS the following day asking for further details of the car to ensure proper fit so they could code / supply the correct cables, whilst I didn't have a photo of the back of my existing head unit, I took photos, supplied VIN etc and the unit was deliver just a couple of days later, came well boxed and protected. XTRONS were helpful and responsive too. I didn't order the backup cam, although would maybe like to do so in the future.”

“Sadly both drop down DVD players were faulty having the same issue of not being able to grip a disc properly and just spinning freely. Customer service was ok but several days delay in responses.”

Payed extra to get the adapters the day after due to net being told I’d need them, didn’t turn up next day, £8.99 I payed too, couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the Xtrons distribution centre in the UK (if there is one) and UPS the delivery firm didn’t want to entertain me… was UPS’ fault as they didn’t put it on the van…”

“Ordered IE72MTV specifically for Skoda Octavia 2012, from website with DAB radio option, unit arrived very quickly with car specific wiring. Had to utilise the internet after hours of searching to find how to fit as no instructions were supplied with the unit or DAB. Installation went well but a lengthy process to fit all the aerials without instructions. Unit looks great, but trim around not supplied or explained on the Xtrons website. After an additional payment, the facia arrived after a couple of days and looks good when fitted.
Operational manual supplied is woefully poor to explain the operation of the unit and accessories. I am still researching on the internet to enable the phone, Sat Nav and other functions to get the best out of the product.
The customer experience would be enhanced significantly, by providing generic fitting, unit setup and getting the best out of your purchase videos.”

If we had to include installation instructions for every single car, then the package would include mostly paper. The unit has wiring diagram available online, or upon request, also, we have official installation group on facebook if you need any help with the installation. Wiring diagram is sufficient to plug this unit to matching cars, as it describes what each cable do.
