“I have purchased a new android head unit, dab dongle, dash cam, odb reader from Xtrons. The delivery is quick and support reliable (always next morning). Instructions aren't always the clearest, but we get there in the end! Overall it's a good value product and everything works well.”

“When something seems to good to be true it usually isn't. First off no instructions whatsoever. Soldiered on using a you tube video for a similar brand. Was OK still needed to try get the USB hub in car connected and the rear view camera. Disconnected following day to run camera cable in and connect USB. Now the camera feed doesn't work and there is now no rds on the radio. I should have left it alone.”

It would be better if you could take some pictures or a short video to us. We want to investigate this further and fix any issues we find.
As for the RDS radio, I checked this stereo do have the feature of "RDS", would you tell us more details too if it doesn't work? We really appreciate if you could send some pictures.

“Extremely miss leading. Half the features don't even work. The product I purchased was QPB8260CCP at £569. But is it a good quality screen and shipping was quick. Its good enough that I'm not sending it back. But! ,I wouldn't have brought it if I knew what I do now.
Also extremely hard to fit the extra wiring in an e90. Had to cut in the inside of my dashboard out to fit it, but that not xtrons fault. It's my own.

We'd really want to find out what casue the case "features don't even work" and avoid it in future.
Would you mind telling us more details of the your car such as the year, selling region and the detailed errors you encountered with the car stereo by my email long-james@xtrons.co.uk? It would be better if you take some pictures or record a short video.

“I received my unit and sent off an email to tech support. My unit has several issues that required some answers. I received no replies, just spam adverts and this email asking for a review. The unit performs ok, but is full of bugs and software issues that ruin the experience. The user manual is woeful and there is zero tech support, despite this being one of the main reasons to buy direct, exactly as it states on their website. I will send the unit back and buy one from a supportive supplier.”

“Firstly does not fit the adapter they recommended for my transit custom , support is awfull don't get reply to questions dab dongle does to work apps just close at times, software is clunky and have to repeat steps , expected more from one of there premium units , I actually went with xtrons over cheaper units because they stated they had good support”

The unit was nicely packaged with the minimal amount of plastic which I like, the installation was simple and I know have navigation, bluetooth, carplay & google in my van, and still have other features I plan to set up later,
