“2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a rear view camera I ordered for next day delivery. Can't comment on the camera as still don't have it.”

Hi! I am very sorry to hear about your experience. We did sent the parcel out according to our system, but after contacting DPD looks like they have lost the parcel. “Good prices, UK and quick customer feedback, tech help , Facebook group .good offers and helpful . Headunit not fitted as yet but very comprehensive box and accessories and looks very nice, would recommend.”

“I ordered my Xtrons head unit , received a lot faster then thought I would get , came packed really well , fitted in my VW Passat very easy , had a problem with it , got in touch with Xtrons and replied very quickly , problem solved , really happy with the unit and with Xtrons ,”

“Excellent customer service they took the time to double check all the car details with me before shipping to assure I was getting the correct model also shipped really fast highly recommended not fitted the unit yet so can't comment on this but company the seems on the ball.”

“Unfortunately, very poor experience. longer screws where needed. Originals unbelievably short. And bracket was pooor fitment. And person, named Stella, couldn’t even give me dimensions. So I could buy myself. Not happy.”
