“Mr. Tyler Sorenson, I really appreciated your assistance, and help in insuring that I ordered the right sprinkler system. Your company should appreciate the "Customer Support Service" you give your customers. I also got the WIFI module, and it works well also. “Yard outlet very capably replaced Amazon as my dealer of choice in a major purchase. The order process was excellent and the item arrived as expected. I was contacted during the shipping process which is complicated by the nature of roads to our location. In the end delivery was smooth and again Yard Outlet checked in afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Great job!”

“I want to to thank Mr. Tyler Sorensen for taking the time to e-mail me and advise and assist me in ordering the right sprinkler system controller. I would have received the wrong controller, and it would have been time consuming to get the right one. Mr. Sorensen took the time to e-mail, me where-in I called and he took the time to assist me by phone in getting the right module ordered. Haven't seen such great customer support in a long time. If I could, I would take him out and buy him a Starbucks drink. Thank you Mr. Sorensen.”
