“Item was just as described. Heavier than thought which makes me believe how sturdy and well built it is, but not too heavy for use. Others that are similar did not have handles nor have a built in drip reservoir. Prices varied and after comparing this price was reasonable.”

We are sorry to hear you did not receive your tracking email. We sent it on the day your order was shipped which was the day after you placed the order. Sometimes they get sent to spam unfortunately.
