“Received the skimmer basket I ordered in record time. I dealt with your employee by the name of Tyler. What an outstanding young man that was so helpful in assisting me. He also informed me of a couple of other things I might be interested in, so I'm keeping your number. I had trouble finding a skimmer basket that would fit until I came across your site. Perfect fit. “The price for the diaphragms I ordered for my Weathermatic valves were much lower than I have been able to find locally. Much, much lower. Then I saw the shipping charges and thought they seemed high, however with the savings on the parts I was still way ahead. Surprise, they were shipped priority and I received them two days after placing my order. I was very pleased with service and prices, I'll be back!”

“I just ordered an Ultimate Torpedo Zipline today. We had to have it shipped to Alaska and we needed it in a short amount of time. Tyler was over the top helpful in getting us the special shipping information we required and never dropped the ball. This same product was available at many sites, but by far we got the best deal and best customer service across the board. Will report on product quality when item arrives. I highly recommend yard outlet.”

“THE WATER FOUNTAIN THAT WE ORDERED ARRIVED IN JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER IT WAS ORDERED. i REALLY LIKE THE FOUNTAIN. MY HUSBAND PUT IT UP AND PUT THE WATER IN IT, BUT IT ONLY HELD THE WATER FOR AN HOUR OR SO IT ALL LEAKED OUT. WE TRIED IT TWO OT THREE TIMES AFTER THAT AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. i CALL THE NUMBER THAT I FOUND AND A VERY NICE GENTLEMEN ANSWERED AND I TOLD HIM WHAT WAS HAPPENING HE SAID HE WOULD LET THE VENDOR KNOW TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE. TYLER WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE VENDOR BUT COULDN'T REACH HIM. IT WAS A FEW DAYS WHEN I RECEIVED A EMAIL STATING THAT THE VENDOR WAS FINALLY REACHED AND THEY WANTED TO REPLACE THE BOTTOM PART BUT I WANTED A REFUND ON MY CHARGE I TOLD TYLER BUT NEVER HEARD BACK WITH THE ADDRESS TO SEND THE FOUNTAIN BACK. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD CREDIT MY CARD AND LET US KNOW WHERE TO SEND BACK THE DEFECTIVE RFOUNTAIN. MY EMAIL IS babybelle52@aol.com. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. JOHN FIGURNY”

“Had to return the first one after a few weeks, the readout wasn't legible. Customer service was great and sent out a replacement right away. Sent old one back once new one was received and they paid return postage too. Couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“What a wonderful company. Their prices on sprinkler heads are the lowest I could find any where on the internet. Also, because I was purchasing 16 heads, I called and asked for an additional discount. Which they granted. Their customer service people are amazing, friendly and courteous. The icing on the cake was the delivery. I ordered one day and had them next day, that even beats Amazon. The Yard Outlet will always be my go to store for sprinkler heads!”

“The Greenhouse quality was better than I expected, very pleased. I believe it is the first time I've ever assembled a project this large without written instructions, numbers only. It was like building a giant puzzle, however if you follow the instruction pictures page by page you won't have any problem. Don't skip pages, stick with the plan. We did have 2 parts missing, however After Sales Department corrected the problem with ease. I'm pleased with the greenhouse and I'm hard to please.”

“Talked to John, he made sure I was able to get the right product. Was upfront about order and estimated lead time. Received an e-mail that my product shipped. Followed the tracking info and then received my order. I couldn't be happier with my service. It pays to speak to someone who KNOWS the product you want!”
