Hello Libby, we were unable to work with you on getting your product replaced under a warranty claim. The manufacturer requires us to have the product returned for quality control purposes. “Pump arrived very quick and was in great shape. An added plus was a sweatshirt you sent as a bonus gift. It was xtra large a medium would have fit me. Very nice gesture though. Thank You!”
