VELUX ships these items from France why results in a lead time of around 7-10 working days. This is a standard shipment for VELUX accessories. “I don’t normally leave reviews but I am very impressed by this company. Ordered a branded roof window cheaper than from the manufacturer. Was given an estimated delivery date, then texted both the day before and day of delivery. Window and flashing kit delivered without issue which allowed it to be fitted. Hadn’t heard of the company before but will definitely be using again and would highly recommend to others.”
