“Provide answers that’s very essential if u want to grow in the future. That’s my first time I have seen just rely on the video which is inappropriate. When a candidate finish the exam you should provide the answers unlike it is saying watch the video. It’s just a wastage of time if u provide answers that’s really would be beneficial.”

“I registered for the Guard training program online. I am very satisfied with the product of course outline, quizzes, theories and video presentations. All written materials and video presentation are quite relevant for real world situation. The program exceeded my expectation and train me to become a professional protection officer. Well-done.”

“Find the video material,enlightening,and very interesting,also the skills,are pretty common sense,you do not require a large outlay on textbooks,but still lots to absorb,so requires a few veiwings to get a mindset on the requirements,and scope of the subject”

“The videos are very informational but are highly dated and should be redone when possible. Some of the videos were redundant or repeat playings. Editing these out would shorten the training time somewhat substantially. Some of the questions in the Final Exam were a bit misleading or unclear in their wording - and, as a result, two answers could be correct in the context of the question instead of the one. But, overall, a very helpful and supportive site.”

“Stuck on the occurrence report, no matter how many times or different ways I put the information in, it still pops up with everything red. Even asked a police officer to help fill it out and it still came up as red. Like what am I even doing wrong?”
