"contacted yes lease in regards to a lease, I was told by Nikki who is in sales that my finance was approved, so I paid my \u00a3300 deposit and that my car had been ordered, 3 weeks later they emailed me saying my finance had been rejected (after 3 weeks they tell me) I have been rejected, so I spoke to Becky and Nikki who both said your \u00a3300 admin fee will be refunded in 14days, so I waited and after 3 weeks I called back and was told the agent in accounts was sick that I would receive a cheque and 4 weeks I\u2019m still waiting,, they are holding onto my deposit and not refunding and they said they would and I even have proof via email, how can a finance company say yes to finance and 3 weeks later reject as other companies I have applied to give me answer straight away not say yes and 3 weeks later say no and broker does not take any fees unless it\u2019s been approved,I\u2019m now taking this matter further to claim my deposit back which I really should not be having to do they have caused me stress and anxiety from the moment my finance was rejected, DO NOT LEASE FROM YES LEASE AD THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY they take deposit and say finance has been declined and then don\u2019t refund your deposit when they say they would"
