Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry that the dispatch speed was slower than expected. Due to the volume of orders received during our Black Friday sale, we advertised on the website and in our delivery updates that dispatch could take 5 working days rather than our usual aim of 2 working days, so I'm very sorry that this was missed when you completed your order. We offer an expedited service in case an order is needed urgently called Priority Delivery. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. - Katie

“Your parcel was thrown over the back gate and left out in the rain . I had no warning of its arrival. Thankfully the rain didn’t get to the inner packaging I’m afraid it was Royal Mail that let you down . I am pleased with my purchase”

We don't advertise that Royal Mail will send notifications when something is out for delivery or delivered, but we do send a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as the order is fulfilled so our customers can track their deliveries at their convenience. “Great online shop with loads of variety and an eco friendly outlook. What makes this company special is the people who work in Yes Bebe and their personal commitment to their customers. They have created a great online community, stock a massive selection of books, toys, homeware and clothes with fast delivery in eco packaging. What more can you want - they also have a very generous loyalty scheme.”

“I love yesbebe service. They shipped my orders quickly, packaged well and accurate. There customer service team are fair, quick and amazing which is the biggest reasons I keep using them. I love their products and will be using them in the future. Yesbebe reward scheme makes it even more usable when you get £12 off an order just because you already bought things you needed. Amazing.”
