Due to the volume of orders received during our Black Friday sale, we advertised on the website and in our delivery updates that dispatch could take 5 working days rather than our usual aim of 2 working days, so I'm very sorry that this was missed when you completed your order. We offer an expedited service in case an order is needed urgently called Priority Delivery. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. - Katie

“Your parcel was thrown over the back gate and left out in the rain . I had no warning of its arrival. Thankfully the rain didn’t get to the inner packaging I’m afraid it was Royal Mail that let you down . I am pleased with my purchase”

We don't advertise that Royal Mail will send notifications when something is out for delivery or delivered, but we do send a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as the order is fulfilled so our customers can track their deliveries at their convenience.
